Township of Langley Planning and Development Department

The mandate of the Township's Planning and Development Division is to provide Township Council with professional advice regarding preservation, change and development in the community. The Division creates long range plans and projections for communities and neighbourhoods; analyzes plans and development proposals and their impact on environment, heritage, and public well being; creates bylaws relating to use of land; and administers a variety of permits all in accordance with Council's enactments.
